| Roberta R. Janel, CMB, President and Founder of the Lending Talent Group has more than 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry, and is a recognized authority in the residential loan sector. She has been responsible for developing numerous Lender strategies that deliver effective loan programs, including mortgage originations. She has also been consulted for a number of magazine articles in leading industry publications such as: Origination News and Secondary Market Executive.
Recognizing the need for comprehensive training programs in the mortgage industry, Ms. Janel founded Lindsay Mortgage College. The training programs cover all phases of mortgage production, delivery, and servicing.
